TPS51200 VO and REFOUT ERROR

Sir:

I measure the REFIN pin is 0.9V after the voltage divider, but the output of VO and REFOUT are both 1.080V, and the PGOOD is in a HIGH state. Besides, I supply VLDOIN with 1.8V, and VIN with 3.3V and I confirm that these voltages are all right.

What is the possible problem for the VO and REFOUT output error?

Is there any debuggin procedure I should do to find the problem of the board?

Hi Jacky,

It is strange. Could you please send your schematic for review? If the schematic is correct, I just think about the flux contamination underneath the IC. You can clean the board around those pins area effectively or completely remove the device and re-solder it. Hope this helps.
