    On page 3 of the data sheet there is a usage schematic.
    I may have misunderstood your request. Can you rephrase the question.?

    Jin,

    Input capacitor, C39, should be placed close to LP2951. 10uF meets input capacitor requirements in applications section of data sheet.

    Output capacitor, C38, has series resistor, PR102, to meet minimum ESR requirement.

    Output pin is connected to sense pin to monitor output voltage. The sense voltage is divided at Vtap pin which is connected to feedback pin. With these two jumpers the LP2951-50 will output 5V. If these pins are connected to external resistors then other output voltages are possible.

    The center pad can and should be grounded with a good thermal path to circuit board's ground plane.

    The shutdown pin can be shorted to directly to ground, but it is common to add a small series resistance. 

    The Error pin can be left open if it is not needed or connected to a pull up resistor to a voltage of application choice (because the error pin only sinks current to ground.)
