Please notice that you are talking about a 10kW power supply, if you have no experience in high power electronics... contract someone who has. For starters, tiny, it wont be, only the transformer is something of the size of half a power rack not including ventilation.

Sorry but it is not negative, it is realistic. Maybe if you try to explain what you want to do you will receive better advice. Right now all I can say to you is that the starting point is a 10kW transformer which is a cube of about 70cm. each side. Make a simple search in the internet for 10kW transformer and verify by yourself. Moreover, at that power level, it must be 3 phase. Ten kW is the power consumption of a big size apartment, including fridge, AC, lighting, etc.

so If I use 2-3 items I can make that circuit.. Am I right? 

The basis of such a power supply is a (very big) transformer. The chips are relevant only as a second stage of the design, both in size and in price they account to less than five per cent of the PS

Switch make transformer smaller or tiny... that's  why switch is used...

Listen kid, I have been really patient with you. You know nothing and you are insolent. For an AC power supply, fed from mains voltage, a transformer is a must unless you are willing to kill yourself or others. Grow up or shut up.

The ICs we manufacture are the control elements in a power converter. They work at about 12 volts DC.  Each of the ICs mentioned in the paper controls a portion of the converion process. The magnetics (transformers) provide the means to convert the energy from one voltage to another. The voltage levels you are working with have the potential to be lethal, you did not seem to be aware of that.  

This conversion is not transformerless and from the questions and comments you have made indicate you are not use to dealing with the voltage levels or power levels you are talking about. You may want to have someone with experience deal with this converter.

so If I connect with transformer less dc converter to your TI bucks converter. Is it lethal still?
