tps7a4901 and tps7a3001 , Noise dependent on manufacturing lot?

Hello

I bought at Farnell:

tps7a4901, Marked: 22TI PTJQ, Farnell 1841881
tps7a3001, Marked: 22TI PSZQ, Farnell 1843292

and at Mouser:

tps7a4901, Marked: 28TI PTJQ, Mouser.com 595-TPS7A4901DGNR
tps7a3001, Marked: 28TI PSZQ, Mouser.com 595-TPS7A3001DGNR

The ones from Mouser have more than 10 times more 1/f noise. Not usable for us.

Question:
Did mouser send the correct chip? Whats the difference betwen 22TI and 28TI?
