LED DRIVER INITIALIZATION

Hi,

I am using LED DRIVER LTC3200 in my project .I am having a problem that how yo initialize the driver .whether it needs a initialization or we will give the data directly.I am using this with the help of I2C.Can any one help me to drive the led using i2c.
