Battery charger with 2 cells AAA Ni-MH

Try looking at  the bq2002T.

If you have a static load, that is ok, but if the load changes then that effects the -dV/dt, so one has to use a T version and monitor a thermistor that is not effected by a changing load.

Do you have any suggestion how can I connect the circuit together the charger battery? I am using two batteries and I am using also a boost conveter to 5V, with this voltage I power my circuit. So I am confuse how I can connect all.

Typically the output of the boost converter, 5V, is connected to the Vcc of the bq2002T IC and the CC power stage and the output is connected to the battery pack and system load.

%v is only good enough to charge 2 cells.

Hi Charles! My production will be around 20 per month. I still confuse. I have a circuit with a battery that supply 2.4V for a boost converter, this so provide 5V for all circuit. I need to put the charger battery before boost. Because of space in pcb , I have chosen c/4 rate. I am using as reference design the article sluu007b, but there doesn't show me how I should connect to a load. Could you explain me more?

Tpically these chargers were made to only charge a battery and then apply it to a load.

For the T version, You can connect the load in parallel with the battery. I would use >=C/3 for the charge to give more signal whent he battery gets full, otherwise termination may be problematic.
