Has anyone seen BQ2050H chip locking up and stop responding to any communication requests even if you break the communication and try to re-start the communication? The only way to re-start the communication is to reset the BQ chip, the failure seem to intermittent and arbitrary.
This is creating a nightmare for our customers as the product stops reporting gas gauge information every now and then when they start the instrument in the morning. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
