RECT is a non regulated supply that it's voltage level is depends on load conditon.

Is it suitable to use as pull up for ILIM and FOD ?

Because Eval board provide option either connect to OUT or RECT.

    The connections are more complicated than a pull up circuit.  ILIM, FOD and associated resistors are part of the FOD calibration required for WPC 1.1.

     

    Consult the bq51013B data sheet and User’s guide for recommended connection.
