I can't the resistors with desired value for Rset. Can I use two resistors in series instead?

The Rset adjustment resistor can be any combination of 1% values, 100PPM resistors which sets the output voltage .

I can safely say that a 1/16W (0.0625W) can be substituted for a 0.05W resistor in this case and the size doesn't matter. You could go with a 0805 or a through hole resistor as long as the resistance is withing the rated value range of 1%.
Using a higher wattage rating on any devices is more acceptable than using a lower rated one in 99% of the cases.
