I am currently working on a board to power 20 LED drivers. Using Webench, I chose the LMZ13608 to provide the necessary current of 6A. Unfortunately, now that I have soldered the circuit to the pcb, I am only getting 2.4V at VOUT instead of the 3.3V I need. I am using a 14V AC adapter.

Changing the feedback resistor does nothing to affect to the output voltage though the datasheet says it should. If I bump up the voltage to 25 V at the input, I can get 2.9 V out. As far as I can tell, I have hooked up the circuit correctly. Is it a bad chip? Or is it in some kind of short protection state?
