TPS386000 +/-15V example of the datasheet

I did the calculation with formulas

VCC41_target =15,04V

VCC42_target = -14,92V

First of all, is that right that the TPS386000 will generate a RESET if VCC41_target drops below 15,04V [0V - 15,04V] or VCC42_target rise above -14,92 [-14,92V - 0V] ?

If it's right, and that my +/-15V regulator produce a perfect +15V, the TPS386000 will never release RESET ?
