Bq27410 with ev2400 error: "No Acknowledge: VB_T2H_NACK" ?

Hi,

I buy a BQ27410EVM with a EV2400 for gauge a Li-ion battery 3,7V

So I install the "bqEVSWSetup00.09.75_bq27410G1v1.03d.exe" and after 2 or 3 connection I have a error (see the image)

"No Acknowledge: VB_T2H_NACK"

The BQ27410 is connect with the battery and the ev2400. On the Ev2400,there are the 3 led On!


What is the problem ?

I uninstall the soft and reinstall it, but I have the same problem.

I need help
