Hello!
Is it possible to use MOSFET Transistors in the example curcuit in the datasheet of bq24400 (Q1, Q2, Q3)? Would it have any Advantages, e.g. less part Count?
Thanks
Christian

Yes, but most of the improvement would be from replacing the switching FET and hardly no advantage from the other.
The link is to a similar core IC with a FET drive for the switching FET.
