LM3658 Eval Board: the LED CHG flashes

hi,

As written in the subject, I have a problem with a LM3658 Eval board. During the charge, the LED CHG flashes and charging stop.
And sometimes charging resumes but rarely. You must disconnect all, to restart charging mode.

What is the signigication of LED CHG Flashes ?
