distributed BMS

We are looking to develop a new distributed BMS for long strings of batteries, upto 200 cells. as used in EVs. Each cell will use a module with A/D capability and a unique ID , this will be available on a I2C, or other BUS , serial port that can daisy chained. The chips must be able to function as low as 2.5 volts, preferably lower.
Please advise what ICs you have that we might check out for this?
Thank you.
