LM3433 Evaluation Board - Not Working

Recently purchased LM3433 Evaluation Board 4A - 20A LED Driver. Its not working found that, at No load voltage is 7.07V and at Load 2.02V and 0.01A.

Used Power supply of rating 12V, 150W. Where might be the problem in evaluation board.

Learnt that evaluation board is not giving desired current to my LED. My LED rating is 3.7V, 13.5A

Kindly help me.

Hello Jebin,

Have you tried using a different power supply? What is the output of the power supply during your test conditions?

Hello Greenja,

Yes I've tried different power supplies but still not getting desired output. In my test condition i am getting

Input Voltage @ 1) No load: 11.99V 2) Load 11.99V / 0.015A (15.8mA)

Output Voltage @ 1) No load: 7.25V 2) Load 2.31V / 0.499mA

Finally the circuit is working, found short in IC soldering.
