i have bought a dc- dc converter with part number LM5576BLOT/ NOPB-ND. DOES THIS CONTAIN ALL COMPONENTS IN BUILT? OR WE HAVE TO PLACE THE CAPACITORS, INDUCTORS, RESISTORS EXTERNALLY?

    I do not see that exact part number anywhere, but LM5576 is a non-synchronous buck regulator with integrated high side switching FET.  You do have to place external components for such as input bypass capacitors, catch diode, LC output filter, feedback resistors, etc.  The product datasheet shows examples of the required external components.
