Hi,

I need a reference design for DDR3L power solution using the following components:

TPS51916

FET driver csd87331q3d

Inductor XAL6030-102MEC 1uH

Vin= 5v

Vout=1.35v @ 5A max

Iout limit for 8A

D-CAP 2 @ 500KHz

There are only 2 reference designs available:

PMP5922,http://www.ti.com/tool/pmp5922.1

and the EVM, http://www.ti.com/tool/tps51916evm-746

Neither of them uses the exact complonents you specify. Your best course is to get an EVM, then modify it for your particular design. The datasheet includes design equations and a couple of design examples.
