TPS63001 - efficiency calculation

Hi,

I am planning to use TPS63001 for my application which has input Voltage from Li-ion Battery with a maximum load of 0.2A.

I am reffering to the datasheet of TPS63001 which gives efficinecy graph for input voltage and load current.

I am looking for the formula which can explain me the efficiency calculation for the input voltage and load current as plotted in graph.

Can you suggest any application note which gives the explaination on efficiency calculation.

    In the future, please begin the title of your post with the part number.

    There is no formula for calculating efficiency.  You will need to look in the D/S for measured data, measure it yourself on the EVM, or enter a design in Webbench.  You can of course use standard efficiency calculations from buck and boost converters to estimate the efficiency of the device in either buck or boost modes.
