A method to decrease Inrush Current of the TPS63060.

The customer confirmed that Inrush Current occurred at an input current of TPS63090 on their PCB.

We attach the schematic file of their PCB  to this E2E.

The size of Inrush Current which occurred at their PCB is about 700mV level.

Customer wants to decrease this Inrush Current to 200mV level.

When the customer avoided 2pcs capacitors (47μF) for output from their PCB and operated it, destruction of TPS63060 occurred.

■ Question

1. Please teach a method to decrease Inrush Current of their PCB.

2. As a result of having taken off output capacitors, as for the cause that this IC destroyed, what is thought about?

3. Is there the product which is hard to occur of Inrush Current substituting for TPS63060?
