AC-DC converter IC

Sir,

     I want to develop a AC-DC converter with

1) I/P volt.= 220V +/- 10%  

Output=  105Vdc/0.7A 

2) I/P volt.= 220V +/- 10%  

Output=  245Vdc/1.5A.

output ripple voltage = 0.02%

All outputs must be isolated from each other.

So for this configuration Which topology should i have to go ( Flyback or forward). And please suggest me any suitable IC. This power supply is industrial grade rugged.

I already work with flyback converter with uc 3844,3845 and other PWM ics  like power integration, fairchild, ST, Onsemi. Now this application is critical in term of  ambient temparature ,O/P ripple , load regulation so need your help.
