DV2002 or BQ2002 Value of RB1 and RB2 for one or two cell battery

Hi,

I want to charge one or two cells with BQ2002.
At the schematic of DV2002 is the value of RBn shown for 4 and more cells.

Will I be right with the assumption that one cell is directly connected to BAT ?
With two cells a divider is needed like 330K to 330K ?
