LM26001-Q1 shutdown current

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM26001

I would like to confirm ISD of LM26001.

The customer wants the data from -40 degreeC to 95degreeC.

1. Does LM26001 shutdown current have the temperature drift of ISD?

2. In the case of the range (-40 to 95), does the range of ISD get lower than -40 to 125 degreeC?

3. Could you please provide the data or the estimation of this temerature range?

Best regards,

Atsushi Yamauchi

  • Hi Yamauchi-san,

    1. Yes, the shutdown current will move higher as temperature increases.  The LM26001 covers the range of +125C (Tj) with a max of 20uA.

    2.  If the ambient temperature goes lower yes, the ISD value will be lower.

    3.  Let us review the existing data and see if we have a value for your range of interest.

  • Dear Juan-san,

    Thank you for your reply.

I wait for your reply for the existing data.

  • Hello Yamauchi-san,

We have reviewed characterization data for >200 units and here are the average results:

    1) -40C: ISD = 10.65uA

    2) +25C:ISD = 10.6uA

    3) +125C: ISD = 10.01uA

So the ISD is very consistent from temperature variation and a similar result will be expected for +95C.
