LM5113 GaN FET driver? Isolation?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5113

Hello

Has anyone successfully used the LM5113 yet?

My question is whether I need to isolate the HI and LI inputs from my uC. (I am doing a DC 48 V to DC 12 V conversion with a synchronous buck topology). My uC is not connected to any PC or similar but is there any thread that HI or LI is on a higher potential then 4 V. The block diagram on page 2 is rather vague.

In other words, what is the maximum potential I can expect on LI and HI with respect to ground (if I feed them with a 3.3V PWM signal) ?

Thank you

phil
