PMIC Power Consumption for light load

Hi~

Out customer use TPS65270. Our customer have power consumption spec for light load.

Vin : 12V, Vout1 : 3.3V, Vout2 : 1.5V 

Our customer search part to meet follow condition : Light Load : 10mA => Efficiency 80%

Please recommend part and another solution.
