TPS2544/ TPS2546 not working with Samsung

I'm testing the new TPS2544 and TPS2546 with a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 which uses the 1.25-volt D+/D- sensing protocol and I'm not able to get it to charge. Also doing the same thing for the Galaxy Note -- it too does not charge. Apple products charge OK so I know the connections on the board are OK. Any ideas?

We are looking into it, but we have successfully charged Galaxy tab 2 w/TPS2546.

The interesting thing is that it charges OK with the TPS2543 -- I have an email into Samsung to see if they have changed their charging method from 1.2V on D+ and D- to USB BC 1.2.

Can you send the exact model #'s for the devices that are not working? We can check against our database of products.

...sure, I tested the Samsung GT-P5113TSYXAR with the TPS2544RTER -- it did not charge more than 0.5-amps. I tested the same Samsung Galaxy 2 with the TP2543 and it charged at 2-amps; which it isn't supposed to since the TPS2543 doesn't have the 1.2-volt D+/D-. Just to make sure all was working, I put an iPad 4 on both the TPS2543 and the TPS2544 and it charged at the 2-amps on both.
