Theta JA for TPS77518PWPR

Hi,

I am using TPS77518PWPR device in my design. Datasheet doesn't mention Theta JA for HTSSOP-20 package.

Can anybody let me know the same?

Hi Mayur,

Thanks for your post. The Theta JA can be calculated from the Derating factor mentioned in the dissipation table.

Theta JA = 1 / Derating factor
