I want to know what the duty cycle is for teh VEN pin on the bq34z100. I'm using the VEN pin to gate the BAT signal. This is a multi cell application and I am using a voltage divider. I want to know what the current draw will be, so I will calculate it as DutyCycle(VEN)*V(PACK)/R(DIVIDER)

I measured the duty cycle on the VEN pin and it was 13%. (130ms / 1000ms)

Hi,

I also am using the VEN pin to gate the BAT signal in a multi-cell application but the command from Ven pin happens every 20 seconds insted on 1 second .

What is the cause of this behaviour

The device will check the voltage every 20 seconds when in Sleep mode.
