Now our customer evaluating following devices and they hope to know the ψJT to calculate θJT. Can you prepare it for these devices or let me know example value from similar package?

'TJ' Package : PFM/NDQ-5, aka Thin-TO-263

This is an SVA device and I will submit a request to the Thermal Modeling group today. The Thermal modeling group has a two week turn for new requests, but reality is closer to a one week turn. The up-coming US holiday (28-May) may add a few days.

I will need to defer to Dallas for the remaining two devices (TPS72501KTTR & LP2951DR) as they might possibly have that data readily available.

Regarding LP38502ATJ-ADJ, please update when you will have feedback from SVA team.

Regarding TPS72501KTTR and LP2951DR, I'm waiting for the feedback from Dallas team, so please post again when you will have any information.
