    Hello Atul,

    One option would be to use the circuit diagram in the bq24702 and bq24703 multichemistry chargers datasheet.  They can charge your lead acid battery with an input from an AC Adapter.  The voltage input is limited to a maximum of 30 volts, so you should be able to use any adapter from any laptop which has a universal voltage input of 85-240VAC.  Otherwise, you can design your own adapter for that input voltage range.
