Could I have the open short test result of TPS7A4001 each pins at the
attached imaged typical application circuit(from data sheet P.1) ?

    Ryuji-san,

    Sorry for my earlier post, I had thought you are asking about the TPS7A4701. 

    For TPS7A4001 are you trying to find out which pins have ESD diodes connected to them? Or are you trying to see maximum leakage for each pin? Thanks

    Thank you for the checking and sorry for my late reply.
    As I checked background of this question to my customer, they checking Open/Short  test in them but
    they need Open/Short test result of TI's for their refference if there are.
     
    They need Open/Short test result of adjoining pins data.
     
    Sorry for bothering you , but could you please let me know whether I can get the open/short test result ?
