In the data sheet of TPS51206 , there are below description.

VTT Termination Regulator DESCRIPTION
– Output Voltage Range: 0.5 V to 0.9 V
– Output Voltage Range: 0.5 V to 0.9 V
<Data sheet P.2>
Output voltage Range :VTT, VTTREF, –0.1V ~ 3.5 V

Why there are two of the output voltage range in the datasheet?
Because of VTT and VTT REF can be off by S3/S5 pins ?
Q2
In the datasheet P.2, there is VDDQSNS input operating range as –0.3V ~ 3.6V.
So, I think VTT voltage will be configured -0.15V ~1.8V
Is my understanding correct ?
I understand that VDDQSNS voltage should be 1.2V ~ 1.8V for DDR2/DDR3/DDR3L/LPDDR3.
But please kindly let me know.
