Hi Team, 

Following our phone conversation - attached is the ULPI restrictions by TI on TPS65920.

These restrictions refer to HS USB usage (480MHz). We will use FS only (12MHz) on our board.

I need to know whether these restrictions can be relaxed on our board due the fact that we are using lower rate USB communication. i.e. will the ULPI bus frequency remain 70MHz even if we use FS USB?
