For the RGW package, missing GND connection to Power Pad. Functionally this looks okay, but some component values, VIN, and IOUT requirements are missing, so really cannot be totally evaluated. Refer to the EVM User Guide for reference: http://www.ti.com/litv/pdf/slvu143 .
