Problem with radiated emissions from TPS51116PWP

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS51116

We are trying to solve a radiated emissions problem that appears to be related to the TPS51116PWP circuitry. We are currently just barely passing our radiated emissions criteria and are in the process of re-spinning our board (for other reasons) and want to try to resolve this issue. The problematic frequency spike is at 800 MHz and DDR2 clock rate is 266 MHz. Using a homemade near field probe comprised of a single loop, we have located the highest emissions at 800 MHz to the inductor connected to the LL pin (referred to in the TPS51116PWP datasheet as L1). The inductor we've selected is in fact a shielded power inductor. I'm just starting to look at the datasheet for component value selection and layout recommendations. In mean time, can you provide me with suggestions of things to look at. If it would be useful, I can provide a copy of this part of the schematic and the BOM
