battery does not charge to full

when i perfom a full reset on bq208xx and bq20zxx batteries,the battery does not charge to full either using the laptop or an external poer sipply.what should i do?

agail what is the effect of 100%max error on battery perfomance?

    Your data flash has to be properly configured. A 100% max error means you haven't completed a valid learning cycle. Refer to the TRM of the individual devices for configuration of the data flash. Also search for documents slua511a and slua421a and slua334b on Ti's website for help on how to carry out a learning  procedure and how to use the device with less hassle.
