top side marking change for TLV431ACDBVR

Dear support team,

May I have your support to check the top side marking change of TLV431ACDBVR? 

On the previous datasheet in 2003, the top side marking was "VAHC" and our customer was receiving this units for a while. However, they recently found the units with top side marking of YACC/I/..., and realized that this was changed on the latest datasheet.

However, they are wondering why is the top side marking change? Is there any document that can help to explain this change?

    You can find the part markings for devices in the corresponding datasheet in the package option addendum attached to the end of each datasheet.
