The TPS63000 meets standard 4kV human body model (HBM), 1.5kV charge device model (CDM), and TI does not specify machine model. If additional ESD protection is needed, refer to Texas Instruments' ESD protection devices http://focus.ti.com/paramsearch/docs/parametricsearch.tsp?family=analog&familyId=1441&uiTemplateId=NODE_STRY_PGE_T for an economical solution.
