PTH08TxxxxAD lead finish

Is the tin finish on the PTH08TxxxxAD series of parts Matte or Bright?  Also, is there any under plating, if yes is it Nickel or something else?  If there's no under plating what's the material the pins made of?  Here's a list of exact part numbers we're using in case the finish isn't the same across the entire family:
