Problem with TPS61040

Hi,

I'm having trouble with my design using TPS61040 & TPS63700. Input voltage coming from USB+5V and output +/-6V from the mentioned devices.

+/-6V used to power up op-amp MC33078DR. From graph, TPS61040 is ramping up faster than TPS63700.

Is there a way to implement an extended soft start on TPS61040 so that both +/-6V can be applied at the same time to reduce pop sound from the op-amp?

Was trying to use TPS61070 as an alternative but the max output voltage only limits to 5.5V

What other devices can I use if there are no ways to extend the soft start on TPS61040 (SOT23)? Hopefully I can get something close to the same package I'm using right now.
