Need a +3V and -8V supply from +5V

I am designing a circuit where i need +3V and -8V output from a power management IC with 5V inputs, with output current at 2A. Can any one suggest me such a design that my requirement will be fulfilled. thanks,

The 5Vin to 3.3Vout at 2A is easy. Just use SwitcherPro (search at www.ti.com to find)

5Vin to -8Vout at 2A is more difficult. you'll need an inverting flyback like the one in this application note http://focus.ti.com/lit/an/slva312/slva312.pdf or this application note http://focus.ti.com/lit/an/slva257a/slva257a.pdf I suggest the latter because it has a lot less parts to design.
