LM3409HV has Thermal Shutdown fuction that threshold is 160C. I tested this fuction.

when temperature is over 160C, LED turn off. but LED flicker before turning Off.

and

When temperature is under 160C, LED turn on. but LED flicker before turning On.

why does it happen???
