LMR62014 SW pin sparking

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMR62014

Hello,

I ordered this simple switcher to convert 3.3V to 10V. I accidentally ordered a feedback capacitor 10 times larger than I should have. I was wondering if this could be the cause of the sparking.

When I measure the voltage on the output, it is constantly changing from as little as 10V to as much as 20V.

I am using the following values with the circuit:

R3 = 51k

C1 = 2.2 uF

L1 = 10uH

R1 = 95.2k. I have tried smaller values here also.

R2 = 13.3k

CF = 270 nF. I have tried smaller values here also.

C2 = 4.7 uF

Thanks for your help,

Mark

EDIT:

To me it looks like I am asking too much of this thing. In the Webench software, it will not allow me to draw more than .12 A. Maybe I should switch chips?
