Does the TPS62090 have a recommended and/or required minimum inductor DCR?
Our design (1.4MHz/ 1uH / 10uF input MLCC / 100uF output MLCC) priorities are efficiency and not the usual size/cost. Will the IHLP-3232DZ-01 (1.0uH) with a DCR of 5.40 mOhm work? Vishay inductor datasheet: http://www.vishay.com/docs/34316/lp32dz01.pdf
WEBENCH allows very low DCR (e.g. 480 uOhm) inductors to be chosen, but confirmation would be much appreciated :)
The TPS62090 datasheet (page 15) states the following but without any further detail on which DCR values are "appropriate" :
"In addition, the inductor has to be rated for the appropriate saturation current and DC resistance (DCR)."
Table 4 (same page) infers a range of 9.5 - 59 mOhm...
