I am looking for buck converter for portable device application, please do kindly help to advise, thanks.

Vin 10V (max)
Vout 3.3V or 5V
Max Output current 500mA
High switching frequency of >1MHz
More high frequency is better for them.
Small solution size
High efficiency at light load condition, can achieve longer battery life

Possible to improve RF spurious performance?

Any DCAP2 part with above features?

I think DCAP2 maximum switching frquency is 700 kHz, but small size low cost is possible. You might look at TPS54228 or TPS54229E.

The power quick search at power.ti.com can help you find devices that meet your power needs. For your low Vin range, TPS62k devices will be the smallest solutions available. TPS62160, TPS62175, TPS62150 for example.

May I know what are the differences between TPS62160/62175/62150 and TPS62056 or TPS62103? Any advantages on TPS62K devices (efficiency? features?)?

The TPS6205x and TPS6210x are very old devices, which are essentially replaced by the new DCS-Control topology devices. You can look through the D/S of each device to understand the differences. In general, TPS62k devices offer the smallest solution size and lowest Iq solutions.
