I have built a charging circuit which is identical to the evaluation board DV2031S2.
When connecting the power (Vin) leds 1-2 turn on, then go off and led 3 turn on (no battery connected yet). When connecting a battery all the leds goes off and no current is drawn from the input. After removing the battery leds 1-2 turn on again, turn off again and led 3 turns on. It seems it won't get into normal charging cycle but no fault indication.
When looking with a scope on MOD output I can see a series of pulses (on the right frequency) for a short period- 106uS, then no pulses for a very long time and then again a short series of pulses.
Please help me figure out what's wrong.
