Single WLED driver selection help needed

Hi,

We have an application for a single white light LED driver. LED specs: Vf= 2.9 - 3.3V. If = 150ma. - 700ma. Must be constant current output.

The selected current output must remain constant over the power supply voltage range which is 4.5V - 11.5V.

We were using the TPS63060DSC but the input current rises sharply as Vin decreases and we only need a buck type converter.

Have not found any product that would be a good fit. The TPS61050 would be a great fit but the maximum Vin is 5.5V.

Any help would be appreciated.
