Please tell me the calculating formula of the TPS62260 power dissipation.

Conduction loss:
Dead time loss:
Switching loss:
Gate drive loss:
Supply current loss : Iq×Vin

These calculations need Coss Qg Tr Tf of High side and low side FET.

    Because the MOSFETs are internal, these parameters have not been characterized, but only the efficiency of the solution.  The efficiency graphs in the D/S can be used to calculate the power loss in the IC by subtracting out the inductor's losses.

    There is also webench which calculates the efficiency.
