The power quick search at power.ti.com can help you find devices that meet your power needs. It should return the TPS62110 as well as the TPS62140.
The TPS62110's power save mode can be disabled. The TPS62140 uses a new control topology, DCS-Control, which eliminates many of the issues with older power save mode topologies. You can find more information here: www.ti.com/dcs-control
Just curious...are there any minimum off time issues? The minimum Vin and 4.8 V output voltage may require high duty cycles.
TPS62k devices support true 100% duty cycle mode indefinitely. So, no issues there.
