Need Testing Tips for TPS 54231

Dear All,

Im working on TPS 54231 to generate output of 3.3VDC with input of 5.5VDC.  I got development boards which uses this IC. Using the development board i designed my own board(schematics are same) but the output voltage is varying with the varying input. So i want to test the IC to get the constant output. Please suggest me how to test this IC.
